Implementation of new, functional VISSAVI online store.
Vissavi is a Polish fasion brand, which for over 15 years wins the hearts of women. These clothes are directed primarily to young , dynamic women who appreciate unique style and high quality products. The new online store had to meet high demands of the customers, who are aware of their needs. It was necessary to make an usability audit and layout redesign. The new face of the store had to interact with general character of the firm – it had to be elegant like Vissavi clothes collections.
Meet VISSAVI needs
The proper graphic design is not everything. Our UI/UX specialists conducted in-depth analysis of customers needs and behavior. They used advanced tools allowing to record sessions and made precise questionnaires for clients, after their visit in the shop. On that base, they made key customers persona and designed sitemaps. After the workshops with Vissavi and competiton analysis, we were able to create the image of elegant, modern, and – what is the most important – useful e-shop, with practical modules. From now on, shop became clear and user-friendly.
